Cyclone dust collector is normally composed with five parts: outer cylinder, intake-tube, exhaust pipe(inner cylinder), circular cone and ash valves etc., upper part is intake-tube contact with outer cylinder which is inserted by exhaust pipe as inner cylinder, lower part is the circular contact with ash valves.
Operation principle: after dusty airflow goes into inlet with high speed 14～24m/s, airflow will be rotated from up to down, which become large centrifugal force to make dust going to cylinder’s walls, and then go down to the bottom of the circular corn discharged by ash valves.
